I face mind-numbing, soul-crushing boredom day after day after day. Biking to work helped put a small amount of adventure in my life (especially through blizzards), but I was still worried that I was getting stupider. This blog’s main purpose is to use the vast expanses of mind-space afforded by my cubicle job to keep my mind from atrophying. I’m interested in philosophy, politics, humor, fashion, and music, so you can expect a lot of that sort of stuff.

By its charter, this blog is more for my psychic health than for your entertainment. So I apologize in advance if the byproduct of my boredom becomes the cause of yours.
